Cincom’s latest CPQ (Configure-Price-Quote) solution delivers enhanced guided selling, mobility and multi-channel capabilities for Microsoft Dynamics® CRM and Microsoft Dynamics AX
CINCINNATI, OH — March 9, 2015 — Cincom, the Microsoft Dynamics Global Strategic Partner for Manufacturing, announced that it is a Gold Sponsor of Microsoft® Convergence, the foremost event for the Microsoft Dynamics customer and partner community.
Cincom will be showcasing the newest features available on the Cincom CPQ platform for Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Dynamics AX as part of its solution for larger enterprise companies. This includes the Cincom CPQ Sales Portal to support seamless sales and fulfillment across all channels. At the core of Cincom CPQ, is the Cincom Solution Configurator that integrates into any or all of a company’s enterprise systems, including CRM, ERP, e-commerce and custom applications.
“Cincom CPQ for Microsoft Dynamics is much more than a traditional CPQ offering,” said Jim Wilson, Cincom Program Director. “It can be used to guide salespeople or customers through every stage of the buying experience, from needs analysis and product recommendations to selection, visualization and pricing of the specific features and options that make the ‘perfect fit’ with the customer’s needs. Market-leading companies know that ‘how’ they sell is equally important to ‘what’ they sell. Cincom CPQ enables companies that sell customized products and services to fully align the way they sell with the way customers want to buy.”
Based on the underlying business rules engine, Cincom CPQ automates the knowledge required to support the entire buying process to ensure that the customers’ needs are fully met while simultaneously helping to optimize win rates and margins for the seller. It advances the user experience for companies by allowing them to move from “selling products” to “solving problems” for its customers and has the flexibility to handle solutions with any combination of products and services.
“Using Cincom CPQ in that way, a company can support all of its direct, indirect and customer self-service sales channels with a common, centrally managed guided selling and configuration engine. Standard integration is supported for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft Dynamics AX and the Cincom CPQ multi-channel sales portal,” said Wilson.
Wilson will be presenting “Mobile-Based Selling with Cincom CPQ” on March 18, from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m., at Convergence.
