The Cincom SupportWeb® provides internet-based support, problem resolution, tracking and reporting, as well as access to a keyword-searchable knowledge base containing answers to many frequently asked questions. Cincom SupportWeb access is available to registered users of Cincom products 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
When you log in, go to the Cincom List Server section. By subscribing to mantis_mainframe_news or mantis_openvms_unix_news, you will periodically receive information concerning the latest maintenance release and product fixes for MANTIS and AD/Advantage.
