    • Create, review, or update your cases (problem reports)
    • Update your company's contact information
    • Search for resolutions, including FAQs
    • Search for and extract fixes
    • Access the Cincom FTP site for uploading and downloading information
    • Get support-related publications (see below)

    We publish a "Product Catalog." Log in to the Cincom SupportWeb (http://supportweb.cincom.com) and click on the link for Support Guides. There you will find the current Product Catalog that lists release support levels, dates, and co-requisite products.

  • How will I know when a product changes?
    Most of our products have a support e-mail list. Log in to the Cincom SupportWeb (http://supportweb.cincom.com) and click on the link for Cincom List Server to subscribe or unsubscribe to our lists. We use these lists to send periodic information on:

    • Product announcements and release availability notices
    • Technical tips and FAQs
    • Critical alerts involving fixes to problems that can seriously impact your systems or data integrity
