Cincom Maintenance Management System Features:
- Utilize applicable features of the Calibration System module including procedure and inventory functions.
- Track work orders and sequential task routing.
- Monitor equipment warranties and replacement parts.
- Store multiple part suppliers.
- Maintain multiple types of part information, including part storage areas, substitute parts and part suppliers.
- Create multiple preventive maintenance schedules for a piece of equipment.
- List tasks to be completed with the procedure function.
- Track items replaced on each piece of equipment.
- Generate maintenance requests.
- Issue items from stock to work orders.
- Identify expired lots as a means to control stock that has exceeded its expiration date.
- Create warranty claim/recovery when a work order is created for a piece of equipment, and if that
- equipment is under warranty, the recovery processes for the amount recovered from the supplier.
- Access the warranty claim look-up window to view warranty claims.
- Use search criteria to view a list of warranty claims that have not been submitted to the supplier.
- Use Pareto Analyses to analyze results of scrapped stock by quantity/cost, stock used, and part/equipment levels.
