Jay McKeever

Since 1999, Jay McKeever has overseen all of Cincom's marketing operations spanning 23 countries including the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Africa, and Europe.

Mr. McKeever's career includes experience in almost every business genre with positions in communications, human resources, operations, contracting, and marketing.

He began his career with Cincom in 1996 as a business manager managing all product royalty payments and reporting to third-party vendors.

Prior to arriving at Cincom, Mr. McKeever turned around an under-performing territory with his inventive marketing strategies at Mortgage Now, a Cincinnati mortgage lending organization. He also spent 17 years at the United Parcel Service (UPS) rising quickly through the ranks from the shop floor to an operational sort supervisor where he improved operational results in the first six months from 65 percent effective production to 110 percent. He then became a UPS human resources division representative and was the company's Cincinnati district communications manager for five years.

Mr. McKeever has a bachelor's degree in Communications from Xavier University of Cincinnati, Ohio. He is currently a member of Xavier University's Board of Executive Advisors for the Department of Marketing, Williams College of Business.
