Internet Support
The Cincom SupportWeb provides internet-based support, problem resolution, tracking and reporting, as well as access to a keyword-searchable knowledge base containing answers to many frequently asked questions. Cincom SupportWeb access is available to registered users of Cincom products 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
When you log in, go the Cincom List Server section. By subscribing to the appropriate Supra PDM News, you will periodically receive information concerning the latest maintenance release and product fixes.
Telephone Support

Cincom FTP
The Cincom FTP site provides access to technical information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To access the FTP service, you must obtain an account name and password from Cincom Customer Service.
