MMA Italia is the Italian branch of Mutuelles du Mans Assurances, headquartered in France and one of the oldest European insurance companies in the world. MMA Italia operates through MMA Insurances Spa, MMA Damages Spa and MMA Life Spa.
MMA's goal was to facilitate its marketing department's ability to improve sales and drive revenue by
- making corporate data in familiar PC tools easily available to marketing teams,
- eliminating cumbersome data-loading processes, thus providing easy access to information, and
- leveraging MMA Italia's current technological infrastructure and business knowledge.
The Cincom Financial Services Group provided one-step data loading of corporate data to PC tools for easy, multi-dimensional end-user analysis with one-to-one, push correspondence to support campaigns with the agent network.
