A division of General Electric, GE Capital Bank has significantly strengthened its activities in France since 1995, employing 9,000 people there and offering three main services: consumer credit, home loans, and automobile financing.

GE Capital Bank consulted with Cincom Document Solutions about re-engineering its document-generation applications for open-server platforms. The resulting solution was a simple and complete intranet that gave more power to the end-users.
