From 1985, ASC designed, manufactured, and delivered the Royal Australian Navy’s fleet of six Collins Class submarines. Unrivaled throughout the world in sophistication and design, these submarines are a key element of Australia’s Defence Force.

ASC needed to upgrade software and hardware systems during its transformation from a building operation to a service-oriented environment, but also assurance that the submarine fleet was operational during and after the transition.

Given the submarines’ operational requirements, late is never an option. ASC’s decision to use Cincom Enterprise Management has reduced the time to produce reports from six weeks to five days and provides ASC with instant verification that projects are running on time and on budget.
