Ninety-Two Percent of Cincom Customers Report Good, Very Good, or Excellent Service

Nine Out of 10 Customers Would Recommend Cincom to Others

Cincinnati, Ohio - October 2, 2008 -

Cincom Systems, a global software and services provider, announces the results of a customer-service survey conducted from January 2008 through September 2008.  Four hundred eight two surveys were sent only to customers who had actually used Cincom support services.

2008 SURVEY RESULTS -- GOOD, VERY GOOD, or EXCELLENT

Ninety-two percent of customers who responded to the survey rated the overall quality support received from Cincom as good, very good or excellent.

SKILLED 

Ninety-percent of customers rated the support skill level as good, very good or excellent.

RAPID RESPONSE TIME

Ninety-three percent of customers rated Cincom support engineers' response time from initial call to resolution as  good, very good or excellent.
