National Guardian Life Selects Cincom’s Customer Communications Solution

CINCINNATI, Ohio — December 9, 2014 — Cincom Systems, a worldwide software provider, is pleased to announce that National Guardian Life Insurance Company (http://www.nglic.com), one of America’s most successful independent mutual life insurance companies, has chosen Cincom Eloquence® (http://www.cincom.com/products/cds/) as its new customer communications solution to power its policyholder communications across the entire life insurance lifecycle, including policy packets, statements and letter correspondence.

Key considerations for NGL’s selection of Cincom Eloquence included its ease of integration into legacy infrastructures and ease of use in the development of complex policies in high-volume production environments as well as the generation of error-free, personalized correspondence in real time. In addition, NGL anticipates a rapid deployment that includes migrating existing templates from the iStream/Calligo repository to Cincom Eloquence as well as integration with their legacy policy administration application, StoneRiver’s ID3, which will accelerate template development, testing and approval.
