Factory modeling identifies your production processes by defining your factory layout, methods, equipment, and tooling. Primary routings, as well as multiple alternates, are defined along with work-centre parameters and capacities.
Easy maintenance of the work calendar caters to equipment breakdowns and maintenance, shift patterns and overtime. BOM are displayed graphically with unlimited levels of subassemblies, and constrained tooling is linked to the bill to ensure tools are taken into account during scheduling.
Part revisions are controlled by date with authorisation by electronic signature.
